Return Policy

The Collector, only if acting in the capacity of a “consumer” as defined in art. 3, d.lgs. n. 206/2005 (i.e. “a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out”), and only if the contract with Abstract Objects s.r.l. was concluded off-premises or remotely, shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the terms and procedures set forth in art. 52, d.lgs. n. 206/2005. Without prejudice to the exclusions from the right of withdrawal under art. 59, d.lgs. n. 206/2005, Abstract Objects s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the return of Artworks or to withhold full reimbursement of amounts paid by the Collector for the purchase of Artworks that, upon return, are found to be deteriorated and/or altered in their essential and/or qualitative characteristics and/or have been, in any way, used and/or damaged.
